IBCAST-2026 invites prospective authors to submit full length papers describing unpublished research work on the topics in following tracks:

        Track-3: Artificial Intelligence & Software Technologies

        Track-4: Control & Signal Processing

        Track-5: Medical Sciences* 

        Track-6: Underwater Technologies

        Track-7: Wireless Communication & Radar

* Medical Sciences track will be held in Islamabad

Publication: All submissions to IBCAST will pass through the blind review process by the committee of experts. Accepted and presented papers will be considered for the proceedings to publish in IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE scope and quality of the papers.

The use of the IEEE manuscript template is strongly encouraged.

Venue:  Murree Hills, Pakistan. 

             Medical Sciences track will be held in Islamabad.

Muree is situated on the southern slopes of the Western Himalayan foothills. It is a popular hill station with a glorious views of lush green landscapes and mountains. Tourist attractions include Kashmir Point, Patriata, Dunga Gali Pipeline Track, Bhurban and Nathiagali resorts.
