2026 4th Asian Aerospace and Astronautics Conference (AAAC) will take place in Hongkong, China from August 21-23, 2026, where participants will gain detailed insights into the state of the art of aerospace and astronautics, and enjoy the exchange with other enthusiasts from all over the world who are interested in this highly relevant and constantly growing area.
Submission Guidelines
Contributed Papers
The page limit for each submission is flexible. However, the paper material (including text, figures, tables, reference, acknowledgement, etc.) must fit at least 4 full pages to 10 pages, while author information is excluded and will not be published. Papers exceeding the 10 page limit at the time of submission will be returned without review. Template is available below.
Tutorials and Workshops
Tutorials and workshops will be held on Aug 22 afternoon before the conference technical sessions days. Tutorials will be invited. Workshops provide an informal forum for participants to discuss emerging and active research areas and proposals are called for. Follow detailed instructions for submissions of workshops and tutorials.
