Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Each submitted paper must include an abstract of up to 200 words and be no longer than 15 single-spaced pages with 10pt font size (including references, appendices, etc.). Authors must use the specified manuscript submission guidelines for their submissions.
- Paper submissions must adhere to the double-blind review policy.
- Submissions must remove all details identifying the author(s) from the original manuscript (including the supplementary files, if any), and the author(s) should refer to their prior work in the third person and include all relevant citations.
- The author list and order cannot be changed after the paper is submitted.
- All the Manuscripts must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the above format. Usage of other formats may lead to the disqualification of the paper for the conference.
- All submitted papers will be reviewed by three reviewers.
- Short abstract submissions will NOT be considered for review.
The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full Paper (12-15 pages): This category typically refers to the submission of a complete and original research paper, including detailed methodology, results, and conclusions.
- Short Paper (between 6-11 pages): Short papers are typically shorter versions of full papers, focusing on concise presentations of research findings or work in progress.
- Poster: Posters are visual representations of research work that are presented on large boards during conference poster sessions. They often provide an overview of the research problem, methodology, and key findings. Poster submissions will only be published in the ACM Book of Abstracts & Posters.
- Work-in-Progress (between 6-11 pages): This category is for ongoing research or projects that are not yet completed but show promising preliminary results. WiP submissions usually focus on presenting the research problem, motivation, and initial progress.
- Demo Paper (between 6-11 pages): Demo papers describe the implementation of a system, tool, or prototype that will be showcased during the conference. They typically emphasize the features, functionality, and significance of the demonstrated technology.
- Industry Track (6-11 pages): We also welcome industry-focused papers. These submissions often describe practical applications, case studies, or experiences related to the conference's topic within an industrial context.
- Survey/Review Paper (6-11 pages): Survey or review papers provide a comprehensive summary and analysis of existing research in a particular field or subfield. These papers often identify gaps, challenges, and future directions for further research.
- Student Paper (any of the above categories): This category encourages student researchers to present their work and receive recognition within the academic community.
