In accordance with the 2026 working program of the University of Transport Technology (UTT), the University is organizing the International Conference on Advanced Transport Technology and Infrastructure (ICATTI 2026) under the theme “Smart Technologies for High-Speed Railway and Transport Infrastructure”. The conference serves as a platform to publish research findings, exchange knowledge, share international experiences, and promote domestic and global cooperation in advanced technologies for the design, construction, and management of high-speed railway and smart transport infrastructure.

2. Venue: University of Transport Technology (UTT) (No. 54 Trieu Khuc, Thanh Liet, Hanoi, Vietnam)

3. Conference Themes Under the conference theme “Smart Technologies for High-Speed Railway and Transport Infrastructure”, scientific reports and presentations will cover topics across two main areas:

Area 1: High-Speed Railway Technology

• High-Speed Railway (HSR) Structural Dynamics and Bridge Engineering;
• Smart and Advanced Construction Materials for Railway Infrastructure;
• Structural Resilience, Health Monitoring, and Protective Design;
• Geotechnical and Foundation Engineering for HSR;

Area 2: Smart Infrastructure

• BIM, Digital Twin, and Lifecycle Management for Transportation Infrastructure;
• Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data-Driven Engineering;
• Smart Transportation Systems, Network Planning, and Sustainability;
• Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, and Capacity Building;

The conference also acts as a forum for discussing experiences and seeking opportunities for scientific research cooperation and technology transfer.

4. Scientific Papers Papers must be written in English and formatted according to the template attached to this announcement. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Papers accepted through the review will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Authors of outstanding papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit an extended version for consideration in the Special Issue of the Journal of Science and Transport Technology (E-ISSN: 2734-9950, Scopus-indexed).
