Information and communication networks is a rapidly evolving field encompassing the study of various technologies for communication and data transmission. With the growing demand for high-speed, reliable, and secure communication systems, ICICN has become a significant area of research and development. Current research includes the development of new communication protocols, network architectures, routing and congestion control algorithms, and exploration of new technologies like 5G and the Internet of Things (IoT). Furthermore, the application of ICICN technologies in healthcare, transportation, and smart cities has garnered significant attention.

2025 IEEE 13th International Conference on Information and Communication Networks (ICICN) is set to take place in Beijing, China during August 08-11, 2025. ICICN 2025 is co-sponsored by IEEE China Sensors and Systems Councils Joint Chapter and IPS Guangzhou Chapter, technical co-sponsored by IEEE Photonics Society, hosted by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Southern University of Science and Technology of China, Northwestern Polytechnical University, organized by School of Integrated Circuits, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, with patrons from Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an University of Technology, Xidian University, Macau University of Science and Technology, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Changchun University of Science and Technology, Guangxi University, IEEE Women in Engineering Wuhan, among others.

ICICN is an annual conference launched in the year of 2013 and has been successfully held in various locations worldwide. The conference provides an excellent opportunity for researchers, scholars, and scientists in the fields of information, communication, and networks to exchange their ideas face to face. The organizing committee warmly invites you to participate in ICICN 2025 in Beijing. With your contribution, we can advance the state-of-the-art in information, communication, networks techniques, and their applications.

Submission Guidelines

The reviewing process of the ICICN conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Abstracts or full papers will be accepted in English only.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high quality papers which is original and has not been submitted and published elsewhere.
No charge for submitting an abstract.
The title must not exceed 125 characters in length; this includes spaces.
Manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and at most 10 pages.
For one author, you can submit at most 4 papers.

All submissions will be peer reviewed. Accepted, registered and presented papers will be published in the ICICN 2025 IEEE conference Proceedings, included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex, SCOPUS, etc.
