8th International Conference on Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Research aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in mechanical engineering and robotics research. ICMERR 2023 will be held in Krakow, Poland during December 8-10, 2023. It aims to be one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of mechanical engineering and robotics. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving mechanical engineering and robotics techniques.

Note: it's acceptable for those participants who can't attend the conference because of the travel restrictions to present their papers online with reduced registration fee. In the meanwhile, the organizing committee will monitor the situation and the conference may be switched to fully virtual mode if necessary.

Submission Guidelines

Submission Type

Full Paper SubmissionSubmitted papers will be peer reviewed by the conference scientific committees and accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings and sent to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Abstract Submission

To encourage discussion of late-breaking results or for work that is not sufficiently mature for a full paper, we will accept abstract submission. These submissions will NOT be included in the Conference Proceedings for publication. Accepted abstracts will be presented orally at the conference.

Submission Method

Authors are kindly invited to submit full papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers in .PDF format will be accepted via the submission system: http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icmerr2023 

Paper Formatting

Submitted papers must be formatted according to the Word Template | LaTeX Template in order to get published into the Conference Proceedings.  Full papers should be with at least 4 pages after formatting.

Abstract Template is available for authors who don't plan to publish your papers but only intend to make oral presentations.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

Publication

ICMERR is co-sponsored by AGH University of Science and Technology and Southwest University, and hosted by AGH University of Science and Technology. Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by the conference scientific committees and accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings and sent to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing. A few selected papers with extended verision will be published in the International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Research (IJMERR) Index: Scopus, CNKI, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
