Submission Guidelines

Submission Limits

• Each author (including co-authors) may submit a maximum of four (4) papers.

• If this limit is exceeded, the fourth and subsequent submissions (based on the order of submission) will not be reviewed.

Language Requirement

• All submissions and presentations must be in English.

Originality

• Submissions must be original and unpublished.

• Papers must not have been previously published, accepted, or presented at another venue.

• Papers must not be under review elsewhere at the time of submission.

Completed Research Papers Should Include:

• Clear objectives and well-defined research questions.

• A comprehensive literature review supporting the study.

• A robust and clearly described methodology (if applicable).

• Appropriate analyses and evidence-based conclusions.

• Logical structure and clarity of writing.

Peer Review Process

• All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process using the EasyChair system, ensuring that:

  • Authors’ identities remain anonymous to reviewers.

  • Reviewers’ identities remain anonymous to authors.

  • Conflicts of interest (e.g., same institution or country) are avoided.

Review Outcomes

Papers will receive one of the following decisions:

1. Accepted without revision (rare).

2. Accepted with minor revisions.

3. Conditionally accepted (requires significant revision).

4. Rejected.

• Authors do not directly respond to reviewers but must revise and resubmit within 2–5 days of receiving feedback.

• If reviewer comments contradict each other, authors should apply the changes they consider most relevant.

Template Requirements

• All papers must use the official template (available in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX).

• Submissions in other formats will not be reviewed.

• Each submission must be a single file containing text, figures, tables, and references.

Page Limits

• Full papers must not exceed seven (7) single-spaced pages, strictly following the template.

• The page count includes: title page, abstract, keywords, main text, figures, tables, appendices, and references.

• Submissions with fewer than five (5) pages will be automatically rejected.
