Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

1. Full papers describing 

   Authors are invited to submit full-length research papers adhering to the formatting and structural requirements mentioned below. Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.

   Formatting Summary:

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

• Spacing: Double-spaced

• Margins: 1 inch on all sides

• Alignment: Justified (headings should be left-aligned)

• Paper Size: A4

• Page Numbers: Bottom center; include page title on top of each page

• Word Limit: Not more than 7,000 words, including Abstract and References

• Tables and Figures:

  • Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, Black

  • Title for tables should be placed at the top. (e.g., Table 1. Sugarcane Disease Information)

  • Title for figures should also be at the top. (e.g., Figure 1. The Conversion Funnel)

• Headings:

  • Main Heading: RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

  • Sub-heading: Interpretation

• Required Structure for Full Papers:

• Title Page

  • Title of the paper

  • Authors’ Names and Affiliations

  • Email Addresses

• Abstract (200–250 words)

  • Objective of the study, methodology, key results, conclusion, and significance

  • 3–5 Keywords (excluding title words)

  • JEL Classification Codes (at least three)

• Introduction (800–1000 words)

  • Background, significance, problem statement, research objective

• Literature Review (800–1000 words)

  • Review of prior works and research gaps using APA 7th edition citation style

• Research Methodology (1000–1200 words)

  • Research design, sample, data collection, analytical tools

  • Mathematical/statistical models should be properly numbered

• Results (800–1000 words)

  • Key findings, patterns, tables/figures (appropriately labeled), and supporting statistics

• Discussion (1200–1500 words)

  • Interpretation of results, theoretical/policy implications, limitations, and future scope

• Conclusion and Recommendations (600–800 words)

  • Summary, practical/theoretical contributions, and recommendations

• References

  • APA Style (7th edition) only; ensure all in-text citations are listed

1. Posters describing 

   We also welcome poster submissions highlighting innovative ideas, conceptual frameworks, case studies, or preliminary findings.

   Poster Guidelines:

• Should summarize the key elements of research: objective, methodology, results, and implications

• Must be visually engaging and professionally formatted

• Poster size: A1 (594 x 841 mm) in vertical orientation

• Content should be concise, with limited text and more visuals (charts, graphs, illustrations)

• Poster abstracts should not exceed 500 words

• Accepted posters will be displayed in the virtual poster session and authors may be asked to present briefly

Publication

All accepted papers will be published in the ICSISE-2025 Conference Proceedings, which will serve as a comprehensive and enduring record of the research presented during the conference. The proceedings will be made accessible to all participants and affiliated institutions.

Selected high-quality papers will be given opportunity to be published in the ICSISE-2025 edited volume scopus indexed book proceeding, subject to editorial review and formatting compliance.

In addition to the proceedings, selected outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in special issues of reputed Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals, following the respective journal's peer-review and revision policies. These journals are internationally recognized and contribute significantly to the authors’ academic visibility, credibility, and citation impact.

Note: Final selection for journal publication will be based on quality, originality, relevance, and the results of the peer-review process. Authors will be notified individually in due course.

The International Conference on Sustainability, Inclusiveness, and Social Entrepreneurship (ICSISE-2025) will be hosted at:

The conference will be conducted in a hybrid mode, allowing both in-person and virtual participation. This format ensures accessibility for national and international delegates who may not be able to travel.
