The 10th International Conference on Power Energy Systems and Applications (ICoPESA 2026) will be held in Munich, Germany during July 21-24 , 2026. Co-sponsored by Bayreuth University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, co-organized by Guangdong University of Technology, ICoPESA 2026 will bring together leading scholars, industry experts, and business leaders from around the world. The conference will showcase the latest research achievements in power energy systems, discuss current challenges, and explore future trends.
Submission Guidelines
Review Process
- All submitted papers will be subject to double-blind peer review by experts in the field.
- Plagiarism will be conducted by ICoPESA 2026 and only those meet the requirements are objected forwarding to Technical Committee for reviewing.
- The reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on its Relevance to Conference Theme, Originality, Significance, Technical Quality, Clarity and Organization, Experimental or Theoretical Validation, References and Citations, and Ethical Considerations. They will also provide constructive feedback on how the manuscript can be improved.
- Authors can expect to receive notification of acceptance or rejection within 4-5 weeks of submission. If a manuscript is accepted, authors will receive feedback from the reviewers and instructions on how to prepare their presentation.
- ICoPESA 2026 do not accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism. Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.
Policy on Multiple Submissions
We will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period.
ICoPESA is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
- Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications
- Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
- Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency
- Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
