Paper Submission
Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE Conference Paper format . The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages long. The Technical Team reserves the right to DESK-REJECT any documents that exceed the 6-page limit or not following the paper format. Papers should include full-color figures throughout and we encourage authors to showcase their work with annotated, well described, large and detailed graphics. We also appreciate high-quality submissions with correct English spelling and grammar. Poorly written manuscripts may result in DESK-REJECT.
Concurrent submissions (i.e., having the same or a similar paper concurrently under review at another conference or journal/magazine) are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If it is determined that an identical or substantially similar manuscript is simultaneously under consideration at another publication venue or forum (e.g., conference, journal, edited book), the manuscript will be subjected to DESK-REJECT at an early stage in the review process. We strongly advise against submitting your manuscript to pre-prints.
IEEE policy requires all submissions to its journals and conference proceedings to be screened through a plagiarism detection process. IICAIET uses IEEE’s CrossCheck portal to check for similarity index. Please ensure that the overall similarity score of your final paper is LESS THAN 30%, and no individual source has more than 10% similarity using any of the plagiarism check software such as Turnitin. In line with IEEE regulations, any paper with a similarity score of more than 30% will be excluded and will not be included for presentation or publication at IICAIET.
Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on No-Show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors OR their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference. Papers with no show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. NO REFUND of the paid fees may be claimed by the no show author.
Registration
For accepted papers, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Each registration covers the fee for presenting 1 paper, and access to all the conference sessions. For registration fee, please refer to the conference website: https://iicaiet.ieeesabah.org/fee2025.html
Note:
- The fees are exclusive of bank transfer charges. Participants MUST add on any additional bank charges. Official receipt will be given during the conference (physical attendee) or up to 2 weeks after the conference date (online attendee).
