The Triple Helix Association together with the Tecnológico de Monterrey, invite you to the 2025 Triple Helix Conference “Clusters of Innovation: Building Resilient Ecosystems for Prosperity and Sustainable Progress.” Which will be held in Monterrey México from the 28th to the 31st of October 2025.
The Conference aims to serve as a hub for academics to showcase their research, enhance their knowledge, and foster professional connections. Over the years, our conference has been hosted in various global locations, including New York, Barcelona, London, and our latest event took place in São Paulo. It also provides an international and multidisciplinary venue with outstanding scholars, policy makers and practitioners for discussing and advancing our understanding of current challenges and solutions based on innovation, and the relationship between entrepreneurial Universities, smart Governments, efficient Industry and committed Civil Society.
Submission Guidelines
We encourage submissions for abstracts from academics, practitioners, and policymakers in the following categories by 24th of March 2025.
• Research papers: Theoretical and/or empirical research.
• Practical experiences: Practitioners presenting cases of interactions between research, policy, and operative organizations (with emphasis on successes/challenges, good/bad practices, current and future implications for environment, industry, and society).
Abstracts submission is possible only online using the EasyChair platform.
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be communicated only to all authors by 12th of May 2025.
The contributions will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee of the 2025 Triple Helix Conference. The selection criteria include:
- Scientific/practical relevance of the proposed paper/case.
- Fit with one or more of the themes below.
- Academic Rigor.
- Quality of writing.
Each author will have the opportunity to present no more than one contribution during the Conference. Abstracts and cases should be submitted as extended abstracts (minimum 500 words, maximum 1000 words). Selected papers and cases could be presented through oral presentations or posters. Papers should be around 3 -5 pages (including references), using the following IEEE format.
Please note that for the paper to be included in the final program and the proceedings, presenting authors must be registered at the conference by 28th of July 2025.
Presenting authors will have the opportunity to participate in the following awards:
- Early Career Research Award
- Best Conference Paper Award
- Best Conference Poster Award
- Best Practical Innovation Case
- Triple Helix Life Achievement Award
The contributions will be reviewed by the Award Committee of the 2025 Triple Helix Conference. The selection criteria include:
- Relevance to the conference.
- Contribution to TH Research.
- Academic / Research Rigor.
- Factors enabling efficient implementation.
- Quality of writing.
Those who intend to participate in the awards and be published in the Triple Helix 2025 Conference proceedings, are requested to submit a full paper or poster by the 18th of August 2025.
Accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a short paper to be presented at the conference, and to be published in the Conference proceedings.
