Submission Guidelines
The ATS/ITC-Asia 2025 Organizing Committee invites original, unpublished paper submissions on the topics. Paper submission shall be complete manuscripts, not exceeding six pages in a standard IEEE two-column format. The submission will be considered evidence that upon acceptance the author(s) will submit a final camera-ready version of the paper for inclusion in the proceedings, and will present the paper at the symposium/conference. Each accepted contribution must have at least one full paid registration by the time the camera-ready paper is submitted for inclusion in the proceedings. ATS/ITC-Asia reserves the right to remove from IEEE Xplore papers not presented at the symposium/conference.
ATS/ITC-Asia employs a single-blind peer review process, in which the reviewers are aware of the authors’ identities, while the authors remain unaware of who is reviewing their work. Thus, manuscripts should not be anonymized at the time of submission.
Submissions that are found to be concurrently under review or previously submitted to other conferences or journals will be rejected. Authors must comply with the IEEE Submission and Peer Review Policies, which include the most recent plagiarism policy and guidelines regarding the use of AI-generated content.
ATS 2025 and ITC-Asia 2025 will issue a joint call for papers. When submitting your paper in EasyChair, please indicate whether you are submitting to ATS 2025 or ITC-Asia 2025. While the program committee will make the final decision depending on the contents of the manuscript and the themes of technical sessions, your preference will be carefully considered when organizing technical sessions.
For reference, the Organizing Committee positions the two conferences as follows:
- ATS: primarily focuses on the exchange of technologies and information related to academic and theoretical topics.
- ITC-Asia: primarily focuses on the exchange of technologies and information related to industrial and practical topics.
