In recent years, the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering has experienced significant growth and evolution, driven by advancements in communication technologies such as 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI). These developments have led to the creation of more efficient and secure communication systems, as well as the integration of electronics and communication leading to the development of more sophisticated and intelligent devices and systems.

In this context, 2023 IEEE the 6th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE2023) will take place in Xi'an, China from December 15th to 17th, 2023, and is mainly sponsored by Xi'an University of Technology. ICECE is an annual conference that was first launched in 2018 and has been held in Xi'an every year since then.

ICECE 2023 aims to serve as a platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to exchange ideas and present their latest research findings in this dynamic and rapidly evolving field. The conference will cover a wide range of topics, including wireless communication systems, signal processing, and network security and privacy, among others. By fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, ICECE 2023 will play a critical role in shaping the future of electronics and communication engineering.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be formatted according to the standard conference template(Download Template:DOCX).

►Microsoft Word / US letter

All submissions should be written in English and should have 4-5 pages, including figures, all of them in the US letter format pages. Ready versions of accepted papers exceeding five (5) pages, will be allowed pending payment of overlength charges (50$ for each additional page).

All proposed papers must be submitted in electronic form (PDF format) using the ICECE 2023 conference management system.

Peer Review process

All submissions are peer reviewed by the ICECE Review Committee. Criteria include the worldwide significance of the research questions, the soundness of the methodology, the appropriateness of the methods to the research questions, the importance of the findings, and the overall logic and clarity of the conclusions and implications of the research.

Plagiarism

Papers will be reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the publisher will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.
