INTRODUCTION
Welcome all delegates to ICEEI2025 organized by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Institut Teknologi Bandung. ICEEI2025 aims to provide a platform for scholars, intellectuals and professionals to share and generate forum on the current local and global issues, address solutions to the problems and to provide opportunity for participants to exchange and share knowledge and information, establish business or research relationships and find global partners for future collaboration.
ICEEI2025 welcomes all prospective participants/authors from multiple research disciplines are cordially invited to submit original and unpublished works for publication and presentation at the conference. All submissions are subjected to peer review before an acceptance decision is made.

PUBLICATION POLICY
Based on high review scores, 50 extended papers will be selected for publication in the following SCOPUS-indexed journals:
- Asia-Pacific Journal of Information Technology and Multimedia (APJITM)
- Journal of Engineering and Technological Sciences (JETS)
Submissions to ICEEI2025 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference http://www.ftsm.ukm.my/iceei2025/.

Final Camera-Ready Submission
All authors are required to follow the IEEE format under ‘Camera-Ready Submission Guidelines’. Failure to comply may cause your paper to be excluded from the publication.
- Prospective authors must comply with the IEEE instructions that can be found in the IEEE conference proceedings templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX format at the IEEE website.
- The length of a paper is strictly a minimum of 4 pages and the maximum is not exceeding 6 pages with double-column.
