Health professionals have a very important role and are key actors in solving global health problems. Health professionals can influence health politics at local, national and international levels. Health professionals have diverse roles in different areas of healthcare ranging from clinical, administrative, academic or research. Health workers use evidence-based knowledge for health policy development and implementation. Based on the above description, the Faculty of Health Sciences of The State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is proud to organise International Conference with topic: "Health technology innovation, Religiosity, and Multisectoral Collaboration: Advancing Health Equity and Sustainability toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)"

This conference will be filled by speakers from several countries namely Japan, Malaysia, Uni Emirate Arab, and Thailand. Academics, researchers and practitioners from various universities both from within and outside the country are also invited to present their research results. The target audience for the conference is 150 people in total.

Submission Guidelines

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The participant submitting the paper must be a researcher involved in the study.
2. The full name of each researcher must be written clearly (without academic titles) and accompanied by the name of the institution and the participant’s email. The corresponding author’s email should be marked with an asterisk (*) at the end of the name.
3. Paper must be written in English.
4. If the participant does not register and make the payment by the deadline (30 July 2026), the abstract will be eliminated.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

1. The full paper submission system is conducted online through the official website of the scientific conference at http://ichs.uinjkt.ac.id. Participants must be registered on the website prior to submission.
2. Papers must be written in academic English, with a maximum similarity index of 20%. A minimum of 15 references published within the last 10 years is required.
3. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of presentation.
4. Each full paper submitted to the conference will undergo two rounds of review by different reviewers, who will be assigned according to their areas of expertise.
5. Authors are required to respond to reviewers’ comments and submit revisions within the specified deadline (two weeks).
6. To avoid conflicts of interest, a double-blind peer review process will be implemented, in which the identities of both reviewers and authors are concealed.
7. The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection will be based on the reviewers’ evaluations after the revised manuscript has been submitted.
8. Accepted papers will be submitted for publication into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

10. Important IEEE Policy:
    1. The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
    2. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conferences/workshops/symposia at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE Communications society will take action against any author who engages in either practice. Follow these links to learn more:

ORAL PRESENTATION

1. 1. Presentation files in ppt/pptx/pdf formats must be submitted to the committee no later than 1 day before the event. File name format: oral_first name of presenter_two keywords of title content. Example: oral_rahma_Exclusive Breastfeeding.
   2. Files must be submitted via the following email/website: conference.fikes@apps.uinjkt.ac.id
   3. The presentation file must include: title, background, objective, method, results, recommendations, and references.
   4. The maximum number of slides is 6, including the title and closing slides.
   5. Presentation duration is 7 minutes with an additional 3 minutes for Q&A.

POSTER PRESENTATION

1. 1. Place the ICHS logo on the right side and the author’s institutional logo on the left side of the title.
   2. Place the participant number below the ICHS logo.
   3. Use single spacing.
   4. The title must not exceed two lines (approximately 120 characters and/or 20 words).
   5. Authors' names must be written without academic titles, followed by institutional affiliation and email address. The email listed should be that of the corresponding author (marked with *).
   6. The name of the presenter must be underlined.
   7. The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
   8. Recommended poster size: A0 (90 cm width x 120 cm height), vertical orientation.
   9. Font size guidelines: title 96 pt, authors 72 pt, institution (36–48 pt), body text minimum 20 pt.
   10. Participants must bring their own standing banner to the conference.
   11. Poster structure: title, authors, abstract, background, purpose, method, results, recommendation, acknowledgement, references.
   12. Participants must stand beside their posters at the scheduled time to explain their research to the audience.
