IEEE PCDS 2026 is the 12th of a conference series started in 2015, which is dedicated to research on privacy computing and data security. The conference provides a forum for researchers, engineers and practitioners in academia, industry and the public sector around the world to report latest research work and exchange ideas in all aspects of privacy computing and data security, including those for improving the efficiency, performance, reliability, and interoperability of privacy computing and data security systems.

IEEE PCDS 2026 follows the traditions of the previous successful PCDS series, held in Hakodate, Japan (2025), Republic of Fiji (2024), and PriComp conferences series, held in Fuzhou, China (2015); Qingdao, China (2016); Melbourne, Australia (2017); Boppard, Germany (2018); Canterbury, UK (2019); Lingshui, China (2020); Xi'an, Shanghai, China (online, 2021); Haikou, China (2022); Portsmouth, UK (2023). IEEE PCDS 2026 will be held in Jeju Island, Republic of Korea, from August 17 to August 21, 2026. The conference is organized by Institute of Information Engineering/CAS, and co-organized by State Key Lab of Cyberspace Security Defense, Xidian University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University.

Submission Guidelines

• Main conference papers are limited to 8 pages (regular paper) following the IEEE proceedings format, and are to be submitted as PDF via the Easychair system https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pcds2026.
• Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Distinguished papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit an extended version to Journal of Internet Technology (SCI) or Cyber Security and Applications (EI).
