The international model of Meyer and Allen (1997) adapted to Spanish and published in 2006 in the journal of social psichology (Arciniega & González, 2006) was applied, which reveals organizational commitment in three dimensions: affective, normative and continuous. ; This analysis have a Cronbach's alpha of .85, which indicates a reliability of the test of 85% with respect to the elements considered, in such a way that the directors and personnel of the company promote new tasks towards the affective orientation of the employee for their organization, the responsibility of those involved towards the goals and indicators of improvement that leads to belonging and permanence, finally the dimension of continuity, which seeks the benefit they acquire by being in the organization. This model allowed us to identify and combine the existing approaches of the construct with the three interrelated dimensions, thus being a reference to apply in organizations with similar conditions and serve as a basis for new studies, the modernity of the organization must start from the inside out, addressing the fundamental elements of organizational planning and management.
