Abstract

Real-time language translation using artificial intelligence (AI)

and machine learning (ML) techniques has emerged as a critical

area of research with profound implications for global

communication and connectivity. This paper presents a

comprehensive overview of recent advancements and

challenges in the field of real-time language translation, focusing

on the application of AI and ML methods. We survey state-of-

the-art approaches to language translation, including neural

machine translation (NMT) models, speech-to-speech translation

systems, and cross-lingual transfer learning techniques.
